Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Exchanges are processed based on product availability.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item.
